The location of The Faces Historical Center is excellent, as it is only a short distance from the city center. There are also a good choice of restaurants within a 15-minute walk, such as Pkhali Khinkali. The check-in process was quick and efficient.

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center, close to the subway and many interesting places. the staff were helpful and nice, and the rooms were quite spacious and clean. the bathroom was modern with useful amenities such as a microwave and fridge.

There were only a few options available for lunch and dinner, and there was no room service for meals.

The location was absolutely perfect; I could walk to many top attractions, and the metro station was just a stone's throw away. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, making me feel right at home. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail, especially in the small kitchenette which had everything I needed. I loved having a balcony with a view of the peaceful backyard. The breakfast spread was delicious and worth every penny.

The room was one of the best we've ever stayed in, with a great layout and all the necessary facilities. The staff were incredibly accommodating, helpful, and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the city center. Clean rooms with warm heated floors in the modern bathroom. Great location near interesting places, many restaurants, and a 24hr supermarket. The hotel is very close to the subway which makes it easy to explore this city by foot. The staff was friendly and informative.

The location couldn't be better - within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. We especially enjoyed the tea selection and the great room service available.

That breakfast was not included in the price of the room, but the price per person was a bit steep. the noise isolation could have been better - we experienced some noise from neighboring rooms.
